Ragging Is a Punishable Offence

Any act of ragging, bullying, harassment, intimidation, abuse, or misconduct inside or outside the campus premises will attract strict disciplinary action as per institutional and statutory guidelines.

Important Guidelines

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
Students must maintain discipline and respectful behaviour.
Any incident of ragging must be reported immediately.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to counsel students against ragging.
The anti-ragging policy is applicable to all students and staff.

What Constitutes Ragging?

Ragging includes any act that causes physical, emotional, psychological, or social distress to another student.

Verbal abuse and offensive remarks.
Physical intimidation or harassment.
Bullying through social media or digital platforms.
Forcing students to perform unwanted acts.
Any behaviour creating fear, humiliation, or discomfort.

Reporting & Student Support

Students experiencing or witnessing any incident of ragging are encouraged to report the matter without hesitation. The institution ensures confidentiality, fairness, and timely action.
